PAIDI desks simply grow with you thanks to the crank handle, which can be mounted on the right or left. The tilting tabletop ensures a straight back and neck when reading and writing. The correct setting 1. Feet on the ground! To determine the correct seat height: get your child to place the soles of their feet flat on the floor. If the thighs are horizontal and the lower legs are perpendicular, you have found the optimum seat height. Important: your child's legs should form a 90° angle when seated. 2. How to get a straight back? An upright posture reduces the pressure on your child's spine. An important prerequisite is for the thighs and back to be at right angles. You can achieve this by correctly adjusting the seat depth. 3. Now for a seat at the table! Once you have worked out the correct seat height, you can adjust the height of the work surface. This is also very easy: your forearms should rest at right angles on the tabletop. Then your child will keep their back straight almost automatically. Healthy posture Ingenious design: the tabletops on all of our ergonomic student desks can be tilted. This helps encourage your child to adopt the correct posture.
